The Green Tunnel was like a wildlife safari, complete with birds, fish, rabbits, and foxes. The solar-powered villa was a hidden gem on the waterfront, perfect for enjoying the modern architecture, good restaurants, and hip shops of the area. The view of the lake and Amsterdam was majestic.
Oh, I just loved how tiny the apartment was for the amount of money I paid. What a delightful surprise!

The value for money at the Green Tunnel was amazing, and the room was clean and well arranged. The location was idyllic, right outside the tram stop with scenic views. The hosts were informative, amazing, and looked after our best interests. They even gave us a bottle of wine on arrival and accommodated all our needs. Can't wait to stay again!
The breakfast menu could have had more variety.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at De Groene's home in Ijburg. the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. the apartment was beautifully designed and furnished with attention to detail, creating a cozy and environmentally-friendly atmosphere. the view from the main room's windows, with swans and ducks swimming by, was simply delightful. We loved the convenience of being in Ijburg, with easy access to the tram to the city center and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The proximity to Diemerpark allowed us to rent bikes and explore the area, adding to the overall experience. Cons: N/A 🤷♂️.

The comfortable beds and warm heated floors made for a relaxing stay. The kitchen equipped with an electric cooktop allowed us to enjoy daily breakfasts together. We loved the picturesque view of the canal with ducks and swans, creating a serene ambiance. The owners, who live on-site, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. A special mention to the adjacent smaller studio, which perfectly accommodated our large family of five.
For dads, it would be great to have a bit more space for a large family.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were environmentally friendly and well-organized. The host, Diane, and her husband, Roel, were incredibly helpful in giving us recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location was convenient, with a tram stop just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to jump on the tram and get to the town center. Additionally, there was a shopping center right next to the hotel, which was very convenient for us.
Nothing.

My stay at the Green Tunnel was exceptional. The owners, Diane and her husband, went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience in Amsterdam. They provided me with detailed information and planned my short 14-hour stay in the city, allowing me to see as much as possible. The apartment itself was beautifully designed with an environmentally-friendly approach, and no detail was overlooked. Not only was it the best apartment I have ever stayed in, but the price was also great. Diane and her husband were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.
